stay is very poor , room is not cleaned. it is very dirty and washroom is very pathetic condition. I suggest improving cleaning standards, ensuring room facilities are maintained, and providing better staff training for guest requests. Please let me know how you intend to address these issues so future guests have a better experience.

The hotel is to much dirty and the service of hotel is thirdclass and rooms and bathroom are bad

It was so horrible because when I went inside the room, it was so compact and the smell was horrible. It was like when someone smokes secrets in the room, the smell remains and the bed sheets had and the pillows had so many hairs and it was not clean and when I was sleeping, I heard a loud noises of some animals and when I turn on the flash and I saw a big fat rat hanging around on the wall and it kept on making noise. The whole time there a lot of extra noises from the behind and you know from the surroundings, it was horrible, and I would never go and live there again. Horrible experience.

Very nice and spacious hotel in andheri lokhandwala area, clean and hygienic rooms and conveniently located with parking closeby. This hotel is absolute value for money. I will book this hotel every-time i have the need.

According to the price the room is good, but the services like cleaning, water are all chargeble. So if you book this hotel, so be prepared accordingly.

Hotel stay was good. But initially they gave a dirty room later on changed to a good room

The hotel people mentioned that the room booking is less profitable so they deny booking or do not give rooms for such booking. After insisting, they gave me a room which was on 3rd floor without a lift, had no curtains, and a road facing room with a lot of traffic noise. The bedsheets were smelly, no soap for bathing, lot of mosquitos in the room. The experience was not at all good.

Nice pleasant stay. Clean bedsheets and washroom. Location is also good. Stayed 3 days here. One can order food also by asking the staff here.

The room give was of a road side view. Too much noise of traffic. The road facing window did not have curtains. . The only benifit i got is in the room price.
