The property is decent enough, I have been n regularly staying there but this time it was as the renovation work is going on constant hammering n drilling work was on so after repeated request the work didn't stop ,and the management was not cooperative . I am not satisfied

It was amazing experience at Karl residency. Rooms are nice staff is so polite But food rates are so high , bar have nominal rates . Rooms are clean and bathrooms was also clean and fresh feeling I am highly recommend Karl residency

AC working but switch broken...using tooth pick. Roof had lot of mould, dirty smell. Exhaust fan making horrible sound in bath room. We have booked for twin beds but it's double bed by saying that they don't have. No combs and toothpaste etc Food by room service is very costly. Only the staff was good.

Very damp and smelly room though good service and location

The good parts were: Room was clean, washrooms were clean, great location, lobby is good, service response was good, thermostat was also good. The bad: room was extremely damp and smelly, so much so, that we struggled sleeping for first 3 hours, finally managed to sleep around 2:15am. This big bad overrides all the goods. If management can fix this issue, this would be a clear 5 star rating.
