the room I stayed was not like the images shown on the internet and the rate was so high as per 4 star hotel I was like local hotel no proper facilities and the booking rate was much cheaper as compared to hotel reception and the breakfast was not worth the amount I had paid ,very bad experience avoid this hotel for stay and food

Windsor Castle truly provides luxury and comfort. The in-room dining experience, especially breakfast, was excellent. The food was delicious and served promptly. The staff made my stay feel very personal and cared for.

The property is good as well as location. Didn't try food as they did not provide breakfast ( it was included in the price though) . When I enquired , the reception guy replied that the breakfast time was over. I understand this might be the reason. However, the behave of staff at reception, perticularly the one at night was unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Amazing stay from start to finish! I loved the fact that breakfast was served in-room — such a relaxing way to start the day. The hotel is clean, elegant, and very peaceful. Staff service was top-class. Would stay again anytime.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Windsor Castle and it exceeded all my expectations! The staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.

Below are the details: Booking ID: NH******4840 Hotel Name: Windsor Castle, Mumbai Check-in: 17th September 2025 Check-out: 18th September 2025 Amount Paid: ₹3562 I had booked a Junior Suite (with breakfast), but upon check-in around 1:45 AM, I was informed that the Junior Suite was unavailable due to extremely poor conditions (rats and a foul smell). Instead, I was shifted to a downgraded room category worth approximately ₹2200. This was highly disappointing. At such late hours, being extremely tired, I chose to rest rather than argue with the hotel. However, I raised a formal complaint at 7:00 AM the next morning. Today, when your customer care representative contacted me, I was informed that I would only be eligible for 25% compensation, which is completely unfair. I booked through MakeMyTrip expecting quality service and fair customer support. It is unreasonable to expect a customer arriving past midnight to immediately raise a complaint instead of resting. I kindly request you to process the refund of the difference amount of ₹1362 (₹3562 paid – ₹2200 room offered). MakeMyTrip, as a responsible platform, should support its customers in such situations rather than siding with hotels that fail to deliver the promised service. Overall, it was a good stay. The room cleanliness was very well maintained, which is one of the most important aspects of a hotel stay and was taken care of excellently. The staff at the reception were courteous and welcoming.

Well, after complaining three times they agreed to change my room. Rest everything was good, the bread butter which was complimantery was also very nominal i had paid for the night its a good amount for a decent breakfast and Tea and a room which has good AC.

the room was too small it was just suite only because it has bathtub in washroom. it's not value to money

Room accessories damaged, bad breakfast, breakfast starts at 9, no room cleaning, no parking, on the app it shows parking available-, charging for water

Poor maintanence in room. Dust cobwebs everywhere. I went to checkin and the room given was like a smoking chimney. Passage next room chats are audible. Breakfast is served in room only no buffet. IF u ask for 1 more cup of tea, guy will sure embarrass you! Checkout process is done by room service flunkies while front office guys are chatting.

Upon reaching the property, they informed me that the room is not available, then arrange another hotel. The allocated room was full of cockroaches. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

The hospitality was good , room decor was great ..just the area was too small ..I still enjoyed.
