Hotel Classio

Please avoid staying at this hotel. The rooms are very small and uncomfortable, with a strong, unpleasant smell everywhere. They don’t provide alternative rooms, even if you request one. Although breakfast is advertised as included, they only provide one piece of bread to be shared between two people. On top of that, there are frequent power cuts, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. Definitely not worth the stay.

Decent hotel , location is good .. Opposite to DN nagar Metro station... Near to Airport also . rooms are small and no lift facility...

The staff was very welcoming and polite. Rooms are good and the location is very convenient. Food was also good.

Hotel location is very good to connect other part of mumbai, Near to many veg restaurant, Hotel staff very supportive, daily room cleaning, hotel little small but easy to manage didn't feel congested, good wifi connection. I will choose this budget hotel to stay.

Hotel Cassio is looking like a small property But it's very comfortable Hotel. Good & Staff and Nice Room peaceful atmosphere.

I wanted to stay only for two nights. The room size was small for the fare I had to pay. Overall it is located in a good location but price should be lower.

Best part of the stay was location, centrally localised. Apart from that the stay was average. Staff was good.

Overall pretty good experience, the rooms were clean, but the room would have been little more spacious and windows for ventilation.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Classio. The staff at the hotel are extremely professional, hospitable and courteous. Parvez, the in-charge at the reception, helped us immensely with booking taxis and autos for our travel within the city, and was always ready to help us with anything we asked for. Nahid, Ayat and all the staff were also always ready to help us with any queries we had and very prompt in responding to our requests for room service. The food was delicious and was served in our rooms at the time we had specified. They were always on time. Breakfasts were included in our hotel deal, and we opted for bread and omlettes. I liked the addition of fresh fruit (watermelon and papaya) they served everyday with our breakfast. Dinner was also served in our room. The tandoori chicken was amazing! The prices for the food on their menu was also very reasonable. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well-maintained. In fact, the entire premises were very clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was also a huge benefit for us since it's right next to two metro stations on two separate lines - Andheri West and D N Nagar. So you have the north-south and the east-west connectivity. Autos and taxis are readily available at this location as it's right on the main road. Shops and restaurants were just next door, so we didn't have to go far for anything. Overall, my friends and I were very happy with our stay at Hotel Classio, and I again thank them for making us feel comfortable and welcome to a new city (it was our first time in Mumbai). We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to Mumbai.

Hotel is very good, staff is very nice, hygienic hotel clean and all, please go and very safe hotel

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Classio. The staff really look after their guests here. they even helped us with our travel bookings within the city. without their help we would have been lost. I thank Parvez, ayat and nahid and all the other staff for their superb hospitality.

Pros: hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. Cons: a list. Rooms are too small. I feel i was not provided the room which i booked. If was of the lower category and not premium. There was no space to roam around. The complimentary breakfast has only two options. Poha and omlett. So if you are planning to stay for 3 days and ready to have only poha each day if veg, it should be fine. Else an issue. Overall an average experience. Done.

The receptionist was amazing. Helped us with everything needed. The room service is good as well. Good locality. Although the hotel and rooms are very small. It is very conjusted.
