Hotel Artilla

HOTEL ARTILLA IN MUMBAI is best to stay for family and friends. The Manager lady is very nice and polite. She is always there to help her customer e.g room cleaning, Food and water etc. I'll request everyone not to hesitate and book here.

Hotel is very good and staffs are suporting and caring, room is well cleaned. The hotel is located no more distance at borivali railway station.The hotel is also well maintaine.

The stay was perfect. The people at the reception was good. But the first day , I doubt the room was cleaned and the sheets where changed. I found hair on the bed and the pillows were smelling. The next day after changing it was better. I think the cleaner boys failed to change the sheets and did not give proper information to the reception.

It was a very joyful experience, the staff was very hospitable and kind. In addition, it is well located, close to the metro and it has a pharmacy and restaurant close by

WE COULD NOT STAY HERE. It was dusty and dirty. Right on the road and thus no security. When we entered the reception a slight foul odour of damp. We did not stay and had to change it last minute. Pls consider for refund though our cancellation was not as per your cancellation policy.

We could not stay there! we were highly disappointed with the first look of the hotel itself. It's right on the road, no security. Road work was going on, so very dusty and dirty. On entering the hotel there was a typical foul odour though its a new hotel. Though our cancellation was not as per your cancellation policy, would like you to consider our disastrous experience and do something.
