No bath soap, bathroom floor skipping, no shaving kit, bath towel quality very poor.

No power back up either for rooms or for lift. Have to get down through stairs.

Ac was not working, limited options for breakfast

I booked the room for the night stay and i already informed in advance that i need to checkout early morning but after informing there was no toiletries, no towels. It was really a very bad experience for me after spending some amount you gets this which is not worthy.

The staff were very cooperative and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. I was given the best room possible. I shall recommend this hotel to all my friends and family whoever is travel-ling to mumbai.

Good hotel with bare minimum facilities and restaurant offers variety of food options. The rooms are pretty small
