Terrible Stay
Very bad experience, too crowded place and with no facilities and charging like anything for shitty and shady place. Uncomfortable for Family and couples.

Pathetic doesn’t even begin to cover it
You would think it’s a good place and won’t be so bad, but it is so patehtic i can’t even begin to explain how exactly filthy the room was, how terrible the location is and how unhelpful the staff is and so is mmt in this case which refused to listen to any of my complaints. Booked for 2 days, literally ran out of it the very next morning. There are no amenities so don’t believe anything that is mentioned here

Poor Stay
First of all Itsy Hotels Elegant Mumbai has situated at prime market location. We stay one night and which was horrible. Why! Other than above single positive feedback all are very serious negative things/feedback, which are following: 1) First is Lift which is start from first floor insteed of ground floor. Along with us my mother stayed and not able to climb. Stair Step height is also more than usual and it is very difficultly faced by me too to climb. Horrible!!!! 2) In every floor they do not have same floor lavel which cause serious hazard for walking on floor. Manny times we safe due to almighty. Abiut 8 inch step down floor levelling on corridor and in bigger size room. 3) In breakfast they provide only puri sabji which was not eatable and idli and bada which was avg taste. And having bread jam where breads are to be baked by self , no Services for this. 4) On fifth floor , room no 505 they have bigger size room 12x10 something which is they given name DELUXE Room , where AC is not functioning. Horrible during day and night . 5) If water finished from tanktop then it take 1-2 hour to fill the tank again. So waiting time is more if water finished. 6) Worst experience!

There was only one lift for so many people. We literally had to walk through the stairs to the 6th floor. It is not how it look likes.

familyNo need to say about the neatness and cleanliness ax well ad hassle free check in and late check out with nominal charge. Only thing is about very difficult to reach in and move out during peak traffic hours with your cabs.
