Bathroom conditions are very poor room condition also not good no tea maker in place of welcome drinks they have given a small bottle of water. The appearance is very poor of the hotel. Dressing table no mirror in the bedroom. The TV cabinet also does not have a good Direct TV connection no switches. Overall very very poor condition of this hotel to visit again in future.

Worst hotel, there was no tv installed in room. Hot water was coming only for 1 seconds or two. When i asked why tv was not there in room, the manager said you have to ask us to install it it not there. Isn’t it their responsibility to check if everything is there in room. Also at checkout evryone including housekeeping and security asks for tip.

Worst experience ever! rooms are not as big as portrayed in the photos plus they are not clean. Main staff is extremely rude and service is just pathetic ! do avoid this place. I'm going to file a complaint separately.

The worst place I have ever stayed at.

The services provided were terrible. The facility was run down. There were no toiletries provided not even a paper toilet roll in the toilet. The breakfast provided was pathetic. The sheets and the bed was stained and over used. There was no prper reception or customer service at the facility. This property was just a sham and unacceptable. I trust will empathise with my situation mainly after have arrived to a booking at 2:00 AM, that was just not at all to a 3 star standard.
