I had a horrible stay experience in this property. Upon arrival on 8th, they allotted me a very small room with no ventilation. The room was stinking and don't have a lock also. They requested me to manage and assured me to alot a better room on the next day. They changed the room on the next day. Room no 101.
Today morning, when I went to bathroom, got stuck at the toilet. The toilet door got jammed as the lock was stuck. I was stuck at the toilet for more than 1.5 hrs. I had to break the bathroom window, shout for more than an hour, and then thankfully the boarder of the next room heardy scream and informed the hotel people. They reached after 10 min and rescued menby breaking the bathroom door.
I was while jumping to reach to the window, I felt on the floor. Left hand injured and suspecting a hairline fracture.
I want refund immediately and appropriate steps must be taken Understand how it feels to be stuck insode a small toilet for .1.5 hrs
