I found location itself. Food was good but expensive. He was overcharging 30 rupees for 20rupe MRP bottle, I said also, are you trying to make me chutiya, he just laughed. Amenities were not proper, no hot water, room cleaning was missing, Check-in was not good. Reception was very slow.

There was a communication gap between the manager and me, which led me to vacate the place within 2hrs, terrible experience

Need to improve, the rooms are very small, but the ambience is good, the staaf is cooperative and good

They are not providing water bottles per day, as this is very essential & common but they are not providing. Secondly area & locality of this hotel was not good, feel not secure. In bathroom there are spiderwebs all around & mixture tap was broken. Hangers & hanger rods are not available in wardrobe

Very bad room and bad smell in room not any facilities worst of money and not for family.

Smelly room. Hairs on bedsheet and pillows. Flush not working properly. Water was overflowing while flushing. Very unhygienic.

It was a wonderful stay at hotel rose inn. The area was not so good but its totally safe and secure. The staff was very polite and helpfull, the rooms are also so good as per the expectation.

Property is located few metres walk from main road, so if you first contact the property owner then reaching the hotel would be much easier

I went with my family to the hotel, and it was a convenient stay. The room was very clean and had all the necessities. The staff were polite and well-behaved. Although the property is located in poor sophisticated surroundings, it is close to the metro station and the airport, which was helpful. Further, the building is well maintained and offers good service at a reasonable price. I would suggest the hoteliers ensure the staff is more co-operative with the customers, helps them for a hassle-free check in & check out and give them details of all the available amenities for a more comfortable stay at the place

Average service provided by management team' house keeping also average good this is a budget stay

Hospitality was very poor and they didn't provide anything like water and soap until i ask. The blanket that was provided was wet. Very bad experience.
