Room was not cleaned properly. Room cleaning was not done during the day despite submitting the keys for room cleaning. Room service was very poor. Delivered the required items in multiple remainder. There was rat in the room which accidently stuck in the clothes bag. Staff is not proper trained.

The hotel was good but lacality was like a slum area, no taxi was taking me to the hotel under 200 and only good thing was the nearby metro station
