Good service , the property is on the main road . 6 th floor of the Propety is BKC garden.. The room was good but it could be more beautiful as shown in the pictures . I would like to rate the watch man and the service man 10 on 10 . Elseโs good.

The location was good, but the room provided was not good, it was very average, lot of insects in the room, even cats are roaming and running in the path way.. the 3 star is for the location near US embassy and the Swagath hotel located in the ground floor, food and service was good.

Very bad service. There was no Jain food available and there was no kettle in the room, no tea coffee service, the room was smelling bad. The staff didn't listen to anything. Overall very bad experience

It is a clean hotel with very supportive staff. I personally chose this hotel for its close proximity to the US Consulate in Mumbai, as I had an interview scheduled there. The location was extremely convenient, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone with similar plans. The only drawback I found was the pricing at the in-house restaurantโitโs on the higher side. Also, it is a pure vegetarian hotel, which may not suit everyone, including myself. Apart from that, a great stay overall.
