"Dear Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment with our recent hotel stay. Despite checking in at 4 am (after a 12 am booking), our request for a 1-hour extension was denied. The manager's response was rude and unaccommodating, especially considering our 11-hour flight and my 14-year-old daughter's presence. Furthermore, the hotel room was not clean. The floor hadn't been cleaned in a week, and the bathroom was infested with cockroaches 🪳. The commode's design made it uncomfortable to use, and the manager acknowledged the issue when I brought it to their attention. Additional concerns included: - No complimentary water bottles - Only one towel provided Given the subpar experience, I felt that the hotel didn't offer value for money. The room were not very spacious but best you can expect at this rate in the given location. The room were clean and comfortable. Geyser and flush for some reason was not working properly. Besides 10/10 for cleanliness. Food was great, specially sea food.
