I'm writing to express my disappointment with our recent hotel stay. Despite checking in at 4 am (after a 12 am booking), our request for a 1-hour extension was denied. The manager's response was rude and unaccommodating, especially considering our 11-hour flight and my 14-year-old daughter's presence.
Furthermore, the hotel room was not clean. The floor hadn't been cleaned in a week, and the bathroom was infested with cockroaches 🪳. The commode's design made it uncomfortable to use, and the manager acknowledged the issue when I brought it to their attention.
Additional concerns included:
- No complimentary water bottles
- Only one towel provided
Given the subpar experience, I felt that the hotel didn't offer value for money. The manager's attitude and lack of accountability were particularly disappointing.
