This is the Worst Hotel I Have Ever been in my Entire Life I Can't Even Rate it -1 because they Don't Deserve any Rating
Also the Behaviour of Watchman and the Person on Reception was Rude
I Booked Hotel For 3 People And It was mentioned that You Will be Provided with Extra Bed / Mattress But There was only 1 Bed for 2 People , Dirty Toilets and Mosquito All Over the Room I Literally Couldn't Sleep for Whole Night
There was Only 1 Blanket for 3 People So Imagine How Worst this Hotel is
They Charged us for Drinking Water and Later After Complaining to MMT Customer Care They Gave Us Drinking Water
Tiles were Unhygienic and There was No TV in Room , Toilet was Not Working Properly , Flush System was not Working

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations, but we’d like to clarify a few points.
You booked a Non-AC room for 3 guests, and we provided the extra mattress as per standard practice — mattresses are placed after check-in. Mosquitoes are common in Mumbai during monsoon, and repellents are available on request.
Your booking was for 3 people, but 4 arrived. We informed you that room capacity is limited to 3, and we cannot allow a fourth guest even with extra payment.
You received the exact room you booked online. The fourth guest, who booked offline, was given our last available Budget Non-AC room — the photos you shared are of that room, not your booked one.
We provide complimentary water at check-in and free RO water afterward; mineral water is charged only if requested. Our Non-AC rooms do not include a TV, which is clearly mentioned online.
Lastly, the fourth guest damaged the room key holder, but we did not charge you and still allowed the stay despite our no-local-guest policy, considering it was Ganesh Visarjan.
Given these facts, we believe the review does not reflect the true picture and kindly request GoMMT to review It.
