Not recommended poor service at very high cost. Poor hygiene and bad service. Can't stay two night left within one night.

Nice stay no extra charges taken for early check-in in morning. Room was available and booked.

The location was good it was easy to catch a train it is near the csmt station and it is also close to the prime location of Mumbai the Taj Mahal hotel and gateway of india.. if I go next time I will surely choose this hotel

Hotel is convenient to reach all places. CSMT is very close from this hotel. But when you book hotel from MMT they are give you poor room and when you contact directly they give you clean and hygienic room. It's a big different.

Very bad service

It was a very bad experience in that hotel. What was there in the pictures on MakeMyTrip? There was something else not up to the mark. The hotel has no parking. They took ₹200 from me for the Parking. Very disappointing.

Hotel outside photos makes to misguide... so bad ambience .... bad smell at the corridors .... no proper service...

misguide me...breakfast not provided. easily....hotel staff behabiour so rude....very dirty room service...no call bell no intercom..poor wifi connection...hotel staff want money..for everything....to do something...unsafe like condition...not for family better....very crowd.area...no parking space...not value for money....hotel staff say...MMT site se breakfast package not included...very disappointed....i am very angry

Overpriced - no lifts - I used this room just to put my luggage and checked out next day. I sincerely want to thank for hotel staff who has returned back my Go Pro ❤️

centrally located .this is 3 rd year i am staying in this hotel.co-operative staff 🙂

I didn't like the hotel from the moment I entered. but as I was here just for a night so I managed. Professionalism was completely missing. For the amount I paid, I would say I selected a bad hotel. After checkin they alloted me a room which was having used blankets. When I insisted they decided to change it. No toiletries except for the soap. even I had to ask for the towel. they have no kitchen. so the complementary breakfast/lunch/dinner they are bringing from outside. there are not many options for the food. in my complementary breakfast they give me 1 no. of badapav and a cup of tea. When I argued they gave me another pc. of Badapav. Absolutely no value for the money I paid. Anyways, this was my first and last visit to this hotel.

We booked 2 standard and 1 deluxe room. Hotel gave 2 deluxe and 1 standard room. We are family reached in nite around 9. 00 pm, documentation process is lengthy. We felt bad experience because of what we booked and what they gave us. Not good for family stay.

Terrible experience. We got pathetic room with non working ac. Room was like a cage with no ventilation.

Not as expected. Fully diffrent room provided by the hotel. My complaint was considered as' not diffrent 'by hotel management and mmt also. I stay with my family so i compromise as it is.

Room does not have a window, moisture smell was there, room size is small, lobby area is also very small, it is a 3 story building but no lift in it. Generally every hotel provides a water bottle but they don't.

Moderate experience not bad but washroom is not good location is very prime stuff is good room is good for bachelor
