Milan International

I paid for my stay, but the experience was disappointing. Basic amenities were missing — there was no iron box, no complimentary drinking water (water was chargeable), and no dental kit provided. For the price paid, I expected much better service and facilities. Overall, not a satisfactory experience.

i have very bad experience with starting my trip with milan international hotel and make my trip customer executive, as my train is delayed 20 hours and before check in time i have called the hotel to extend my check in time first they told me we cannot do anything please speak with make my trip customer care when I spoke with make my trip customer executive they told me hotel is not answering our call we cannot do anything now the check out is over make my trip customer executive telling me we cannot do anything as hotel has occupied the room for me money got wasted and will not booked anything from make my trip

Budget wise it's a good stay , Hotel located just behind railway track,parking also available over all value for money

The property per day rates not less than rs.2000. Not expected from MMT.

Average stay. Bed sheets were not clean, bath towel were stained, Room service were moderate. Overall stay was average.

Good location ..Neat and clean ..Staff very cooperative

It’s really hard for taxi driver to find location, property looks too old, mostly bathroom are damage

The Hotel room itself was decent ,but there were many problems , First of all so many mosquitoes and other insects in the room , no drinking water facilities in the room , Also the bathroom was in a very poor condition ( Bathroom equipment were broken and a bit dirty ) .

Not much pleasant experience they were not providing towels,tissue and cleaning services properly.this is so overrated and overpriced

There was no towel, handwash, soap, tissue in the washroom. Basic things are not there. Bad experience.

Hotel location is not on prime. Rooms was good but have bad smell. Staff are supporting.

The stay was very comfortable rooms were very spacious food served was very good overall hygiene was pretty well

The rooms were really small. The washroom handles were broken. The commode seat was broken. The air conditioner wasn't working properly

It was a good stay, but seems like old building. Facilities are still old fashioned, they could make some upgrades.
