i am very much satisfied with the location. The staff is very professional and polite. Food, amenities and services are excellent!

House Keeping and hygiene needs improvement. Though staff behaviour is good. good location and proximity to main market.

my booking was for suite room but they gave me club room. i asked for the reason but they said not anything clearly

Good property,in a good location with satisfactory services..Food is good, maybe a little more reasonable in terms of price and category of the hotel.

Nice location , Courteous staff always greeted by a welcome at the lobby.Property is old, but well maintained. Breakfast needs to improve its quality. Very bland taste each one of the items. Very good food.service was also good.rooms were nice and clean and valet parking was available

Very good stay at Hotel Plaza only one suggestion to Hotel management breakfast buffet menu addition required. And drinking water bottle gives at least 1 ltr.

location is good but I don't like infrastructure of the rooms. It’s good place for stay, it’s close to railway station which is really help to save times . They should work on breakfast buffet

The receptionist and all the staff were very cooperative. The stay was very good and was near the chembur railway station. They also provided complementary breakfast which was great.

Hotel was good, rooms were bit small. Hot water available 24 hrs. complimentary breakfast was tasty. Evening time I ordered mutton gulati, it was fantastic.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The location is excellent—very convenient and accessible, which made getting around easy. The food served was also quite good, and I enjoyed the variety and taste. However, cleanliness was a concern during my stay. The rooms were not very clean, and unfortunately, I noticed worms in the restroom. Although the staff responded and cleaned it, this should have been addressed beforehand. Overall, it’s a decent place for the price and location, but I hope the management improves the hygiene and cleanliness standards.

The location is very cramped with no parking available.. the room was too small and for extra mattress the hotel was asking for 1200 extra… i had checked in only for night stay. This could have been complimentary from their end. The washroom pipes etc are also old and it took lot of time for hot water..

The hotel is at a convenient location with a reasonable price along with easily accessible public transport, local trains , many nearby restaurants. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean. The room A.C and free WIFI are an attraction. The hotel staff is friendly, polite and helpful. The overall experience was satisfactory and I would recommend it to others.

Very good location, close to market, restaurant. Food is also good. Local transport easily accessible.

By all it is an excellent experience. Room, ambiance, staff are cordial, Cleanliness is excellent.
