no facilitiea, non co-operative staff... not useful for frequent and family travellers. very poor...!!

Hotel atmosphere very good but I was upset as the room which I have booked they did not given after informing them they transferred my room but I have to wait for more than 40 minutes while checking at night time food was good but not provided at same place

Good Stay
Location is Very good, walkable distance to colaba market, gateway of India, restaurants etc, for breakfast need to go outside beside building another hotel, the breakfast menu is very limited & the room which I got was good deluxe room, bathroom walls were wet & housekeeping service was very poor.....

nice stay with peaceful atmosphere
neat n clean room with best locality. staff were also co operative with good behaviour. breakfast was excellent .

Poor Hygiene & Low Standards
The property had constant electricity cuts, making it very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Hygiene was clearly not maintained – dirty towels were provided and there was a complete lack of basic essentials like handwash, body wash, conditioner, and even a hair dryer. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean and well-maintained place with proper amenities, but this was far below basic standards.

Good value,but needs better
I stayed at White Pearl Hotel recently and overall had a decent experience. The TV worked well and the fridge was handy. The room was quite small though, and the AC felt old and not very efficient. The dustbin was tiny, which was a bit inconvenient for a longer stay. They did provide a kettle, but water and other essentials were not given on time, which was frustrating. The Wi-Fi speed was good, though it did drop a few times. On the plus side, the location is excellent—just a short walk to Gateway of India and other major spots. The price was reasonable considering the area, and both electricity and water supply were consistent. With a few improvements in service and amenities, this place could be great.

Deluxe rooms are a little small but decent.. if u want big rooms.. go for super deluxe rooms.. walkable distance to all main tourist places

The rooms were too small... No basic toiletries.. When asked for an extra bed, they charged money... No drinking water.... No in house food .. Nothing.. Really pathetic

Great but for a short stay.
The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was cozy. only problem was that the fan was not working properly and there were very low lights.

It was a great saty at the property. staff was cool and helpful Imran was great guy. Arabian sea is very close from hotel.
