Worst Receptionist behaviour. No work ethics. Doesn’t know how to treat guests properly. Need some education before working

Terrible experience. Room offered on ground floor near pantry. Too much noise. Not able to sleep. Worst experience. Room was average. Too small.

I am frequent travellers. I have book this hotel for 2 night but i had worst experience. Staff is extremely rood. Zero service. Dirty rooms. Not water to drink. No car parking.

The stay was very relaxing we didn't faced any issues why there were few cockroaches as soon as we stepped into the room but after complaining the hotel staff solved that issue also

The location is very comfortable, right on the main road, closer to the airport and also easy travel distance to iit bombay where i was visiting for a summit. We did not try out any food options here, so no comments. Rooms allotted were neat, clean and hygienic with fresh blankets, pillow covers and towels. Daily cleaning was also ensured. Worth the price charged.

Compact rooms but yet comfortable. Does justice to the price. Only con there is no ventilation in the room or washroom.

The guy on reception was rude with the check-in process and he was very blaming make my trip for taking the booking despite the rooms full

Room was clean but room size is small. Had to ask for towels, water was also not provided. Staff behaviour was decent.

Not at all worth it, very small rooms, more price, network connection was slow, no drinking water in a room, no kettle nothing
