ac was not working when I complain they came for repair and took long time for that.. before going I called them and informed need spacious room but room was so consested and room switch was not working few. bad experience

Rooms are good, but need to have more spread in Break fast.

It was good. Everything required was at place. Breakfast was also good. Staff members were well mannered and respectful

I have been coming to this hotel from December 2023 onwards and this is the first time i have faced the quality of hotel room to be extremely pathetic. From the door locks to the washroom, and AC..everything was terrible.

Rats in AC duct made noise throughout the night...not able to sleep restaurant is good staff helpful

I had to extend the stay. They kept calling for settling the account first for the food. They were very rigid with the guest to meet me for sometime. I had to pay additional for inviting the person to the room for dinner.

I enjoyed my stay at landmark residency Malad West Mumbai. Room was big and clean. Staff were nice and friendly. Service was good. I would stay there again.

Hotel is at very conjugated area. Breakfast is also very poor. Not recommended. Bathroom is very small in executive room

Hotel are too much strict for checkout & all or else they ask for money of late checkout till 12 pm also so poor hotel they only need money they are not customer friendly

Hotel staff was polite. Room was very good and amenities provided was very good. Also my room at high floor so outside look is so pleasant in the morning. Hotel food was delicious specially breakfast in the morning was very good.
