Had a good experience altogether, the breakfast was delicious and stay was comfortable. The proximity to all local transport and places was very nearby. Easily accessible and doesnt hurt your pocket !

Great location, decent hotel, bad service
soloThe property is located at a great location. It's walking distance from the intercity railway station. A lot of food joints and some popular late night places are at walking distance. The property is nice. The rooms are big enough by Mumbai standards. Cleanliness was good in general. Breakfast buffet food was decent at best. Room service was horrible. The mugs in my room were never replaced, even though a quick inspection would reveal they required a wash. I had to buy water bottles at 1 AM from outside the hotel since they failed to provide me with water late at night. I wouldn't depend on their service for anything.

Food was pathetic except breakfast. Even we have to pay for drinking water provided by them except 2 bottles which will be provided on arrival.

Room cleanliness is ok, food is delicious. But, except f&b rest staff is not customer centric, lack of hospitality and are careless. Will not prefer to stay again.

Terrible Stay
The hotel is pathetic service. We reached at hotel at 1:30 pm and check in time is 2:00 pm. They provide the room at 4:00 pm in the evening. This is my second stay with the hotel and never go back to this hotel.

It's extremely disappointing. it is absolutely disappointing. You book a room with a private garden, and you get a dirty space in the balcony with artificial grass, which has not been cleaned since its inception! i understand the space crunch in mumbai, but i can't understand the lack of cleanliness, bad bed with lost springs in the center, and bad service. If people can at least smile and serve, we can tolerate a very average breakfast, too. All in all, very disappointing.

Value for money.
