location clean,but still front the hotel entrance from outside should be cleaned on daily basis.(house keeping department
food,we hd brekfast,but not that good for that price we paid, better can have at outside restaurant, atlas it once choice of taste.

worst experience was,like some guest parked the car infront of our car and front office(female )was unaware as of which guest car it was, looks like no proper handover from night front office on dutyor security.i hv worked in hotel industry 14 yrs n we know proper interaction should b there among co workers to run smoothly.I hd official appointment at frro,apprx half an hour they doing inquiry of that car,at last they got it.
one front office guy was very humble n polite( i interacted only,on phone.with him,
we reached hotel around 4 am ,hardly we got sleep due to disturbance of plane noise since airport is closed by.

My apology for the discomfort caused during your stay, we have taken necessary step to overcome your concern, all staff have been trained and implement a standard to clean all public area of the hotel. We have added variety of new dishes in breakfast menu, and the buffet spread is also changed daily, We are reworking on the pricing so that few more dishes can be added and justify the buffet breakfast price, As the security keep the cars keys in his custody and some miscommunication has delay the service , register has been maintained and its under supervision of Front Office Department.
