Review Of Hotel Metro Plaza

I reached at morning 7:30 in hotel and before booking i ask the reception guy for room he told me that . You can book room . Post booking the reception guy told me that check in time will be 12 oclock . I agree My question is that why he didn’t informed earlier Post booking i requested him for early check . He demanded 1200/- for earlier check in . I left from my site and i back from there in evening 8pm I book deluxe room he provide me 40sqft room .

please remove property for mmt app immediately because We trust you and make a booking from your app, and if she has a property like this in the past, it's a complete Dismiss. We are not disappointed with the hotel. How do we think such third-class properties can be placed on MMT

It was nice place to stay. Staff behavior is friendly but food is not good. I ordered chicken dum biryani it was not so good. But overall nice to stay

1st day they gave room which has water leakage. Next day they changed the room. Geyser got tripped.

Hygiene was well maintained and facilities were good but room and washroom was extremely small, ceiling was very low. However it was close to the location where i wanted to reach, so it is fine.

I went to the hotel metro plaza on 7th afternoon 12pm, they said no room vacant for you, i gave detains, they said "no empty rooms here. There is no response. We requested them and finally they agreed and said 'after 6 pm one person will vacate one room and that one give it to you. We agreed because of no alternate. My daughter and me are roamed on roads until 6 pm finally they gave room. But this is very disgusting for me.

Small good room with ac and clean bath room. Hot water facility for use. Altogether very good to consider at that cost at that place.

we booked for triple but they gave double that at 2 pm,

There were no towel, soap and water bucket in hotel, bed was so small for two people.

Too expensive as compared to facilities. Unhygienic and cockroaches could be found. No regular room service.

The room and the washroom are very small. The electric connection in the room were faulty, power of whole room was being cut off when a particular button was pressed. The air-conditioner flaps were missing. The geyser switch was broken. This place is a bit noisy because construction work is going on next to it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The tea served was very good.
