I had booked and paid extra for a dual pod, but on arrival, the receptionist told me that the dual pod facility was closed and shifted me to a normal pod. Shockingly, just a while later, another guest was allotted a dual pod, even though I was told it wasn’t available. Despite paying extra, I was neither given what I booked nor refunded the difference. This was extremely disappointing and felt dishonest. The overall amenities were fine, but the booking experience and lack of transparency from the staff really let me down.
