My stay with this hotel is a very bad experience. The amenities mentioned here are all unavailable. Nothing. The guy on front desk is so mean and rude. He ask me where I'm from, i told him I'm from north east and his face expression changed instantly. There is no hospitality there is no empathy, there is no co-operation.The moment I entered that room, i found some hair strands lying on the bed. Then a call came from the front desk asking me for the OTP I told him about the room not cleaned but he ignored me and ask me to tell the OTP. I ask for an iron (istiri) he said we don't have. I told him that it was mentioned in the hotel amenities. He just told me to call the company!! OMG his behaviour his words! He can tell me nicely that it was not available. When I ask him why I was not given a breakfast which I included when booked the hotel. he said not included. I told him it was included I can show you the booking slip also, he just ignored me. I ask him again nicely and he said to contact the company . So the extra money I paid for breakfast is just a waste. The only good thing I experience was the attendant who offered to take my clothes for ironing. When he sees that I was answered rudely from the front desk he told me there was a nearby shop to iron my clothes. He offer to bring them himself. May he be blessed for being kind. The other guy sitting at the reception have so much to learn. If he didn't change his attitude no one will want to stay in your hotel. And please clarify whose fault is that the amenities mentioned not provided Makemytrip or FabHotel. If you cannot provide it, just don't mention them.

Location was good but the room was very discusting smell and couldn't stay and also room has rat issues hence the smell was very bad and they also charged for water bottles too

It felt like the place hadn’t been cleaned in days. Basic hygiene and maintenance were completely ignored. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or clean stay.
