very bad service, very poor cleaning services, room filled with cockroach and rain water came in to room

Worse room ever seen. No towel n soap is provided. Infact tv facilities is also not working in every room.

Cockroaches and dust and ripped matreses no locks no security nothing feels u r in jsil no windows either

the best hotel i've ever been privileged enough to stay at. the elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. i loved it!

Location of hotel is prime, Value for money budget hotel nearby there are so many pocket friendly dining options as well high end top notch restaurants available . I have stayed 3 times in this hotel due to some official trip as I am frequent traveler to Mumbai . Highly recommended for budget price range ..

Book this hotel to get the worst experience of your life. The hotel is shady. Think of a normal living conditions and they are absent in this hotel. You will find rats, cockroaches, mosquitoes, and stale air, walls with seepage, dirty linen, yellow stained cushions. On top of it the manager acknowledges everything that I have mentioned above but won't do anything to improve it. If you are going to book your stay in this hotel by looking at the picture, you will be traumatized for your life.

The room is cozy. There was no service every day. The television units were out of order iron boxes as you mentioned will be there. However, the staffs are very helpful. This property is not preferred for a comfortable stay.

Not clean room cockroaches is there, no geyser facility is there, no hand wash or nay soap provided, no towel provided. Blanket is so dirty.

The room is dirty and there are so many cockroaches. And a very small room for this price, not worthy i will not recommend to any body

Firstly rooms are not clean, i found an insect in bed. Bathroom celings are broken, door lock doesnt work. I have pictures if you want.

House keeping was avarage. No tv facility.

Its a shady joint. Pls take it off your list. The rooms have no windows. Rooms in long dark alleys. Not safe and seems dangerous

My experience was really bad. They were cockroaches all over the room. The room was smelling dirty and cheap. The walls and the bed sheets were lucky so dirty and when i complained they were just not listening room photos doesn’t match.

The hotel is at a very bad location. The rooms were smelly, springs from the bed were out, bedsheets were so dirty that they were really stinking. Mobile network wasn't good due to the location of the hotel. The manager was too rude to us. This hotel isn't recommended for a family or a couple.

The area is not suitable for a family and couples. what they show in the photos isn't true. The conditions were horrible. The springs in the bed were out, the lock was broken, and the bedsheets were dirty.TV wasn't working, Mobile connectivity wasn't good, and we were not able to talk within a room. Overall experience wasn't good at all. I will never suggest anyone book their stays in the hotel.

This is very pathetic location. Mmt should not even list this kind of places. We did not stay 10 mins in this hotel. No refund. Two days payment is complete waste of money for us.

While i was booking the lotus residency all the pics are super clean and spacious room. But when i have gone to the hotel. It was very congested, dirty, full of cockroaches and smelly. Bed and room was also dirty. Charging 2k per day with dirty premises is unacceptable.
