Nestor Hotel, Mumbai

Stayed at Nestor Hotel for a few hours before catching an international flight. The stay was comfortable — the room was spacious, conveniently close to the international airport, and the staff were polite and helpful.

Damp Wet Smell in the room & insects in room

I had a late-night check-in, and the hotel reception was extremely helpful. They even arranged food for me at that hour — the khichdi I had in the middle of the night was simply amazing, and the taste was outstanding! The entire hotel staff is very polite and supportive. The location is excellent, just near the airport, and considering the tariff, it’s hard to find such a great property in this area. Highly recommended! ```

i booked room for my friend but they didn't allow me to go in his room , after confirming my kyc they allow me but they don't allow my another friends. Room condition is old & poor. Its not recommend to fimily stay. Room condition is look like Chaddaar Badlu....

Rooms not proper and no cleaniness and bathroom very poor

The rooms are very old and not as seen in pictures. I had booked a king size bed they gave me a twin room bed. On complaining they joined the bed saying no rooms available which was very uncomfortable to sleep at night. For the price point of please don't book here it's not worth it. The rooms are at the most worth. Only great thing about the property is it's location.

Property was good The room was very average The staff could have been more proactive and helpful. Had to follow up 2 days for the corrected bill. Service was not upto the mark as per the charges taken.

Location is good, so is food. Room size is really good. Only thing is they should improve on extra bed , they are providing mattress only, no cot

We took standard rooms (3 rooms for 2 days). We paid the money upfront while booking and therefore had to stay there. All rooms were very poorly maintained with damps, old furniture with termites, Pegions were bathing and pooped in the swimming pool. No parking for four wheeler

In spite of coming to 12 pm and many people checked out they have given room for check-in after 3 pm , even room ac , tv not working bathroom is sabby , zero customer support , even housing team is non respnsive

Service is worse

They dont have towell by 9 am in the hotel - we become late to reach meeting - for 1 hour they havent sent towell

Rooms are spacious but not in good condition. No hot water in Shower. Food is good though. People at reception are very casual.
