Hotel Blue Orchid Mumbai

very small rooms .... it was Pre flight ✈️ stay. I have booked 4 rooms for 11 persons hotelier refused to give extra mattresses.. even I paid for 11 persons. horibal experience... finally I called customer support but they didn't help me... receptionist demands me extra money for mattress... ithink it's suitable for couples,,, who need room like hourly basis

Very disappointed with my 2-day stay. The bathroom was in very poor condition and not properly cleaned. The room was extremely congested and had a constant bad smell. Hygiene was clearly not maintained. Most of the appliances were not working, and overall, the experience was very unpleasant. Definitely not worth the money.

no network no water rooms are too small no proper map no one bothers anything . it's in mid of workshops all around

Staff is good n helpful, but hotel room provided to me needs upgradation of walls painting as the paint n putty peeling n falling off. Cupboards needs treatment too. Otherwise the stay was good.

Facilities are okay not bad. Room service are excellent

The hotel looked good in photos but the rooms in reality are a mold farm and the surroundings stink. The beds have bed bugs and we did not stay here for the night and left early on our international flight. To make it worse, we were stuck at a mall due to heavy floods and rain with no uber to pick us from our ordeal and just a few hours away from our flight and when we called the hotel, the hotel owner charged us a whooping 2500 rupees to rescue us. He came late and we already took an uber, yet he still took the money from us anyway. So much for decency

This hotel rooms are very small but high rent. No food facility nearby and poor communication from the hotel incharge. Other state passengers are feeling uncomfortable to stay in this hotel.

Room and service are good. Location convenient to go air port and metro stn. Staffs are cooperating attitudes.

We stayed 4days there. It's budgeted hotel, rooms are small but room severice are very good. Mr. Amit nice person, in room service mr. Rafeek's service also fantastic. No any difficulties faced during these days.

Rooms are small but u will get all necessary things in room. Clean & hygienic rooms. Located in good place and very near to mumbai airport. Recommended for everyone. Price is also decent.

Horrible experience. Rooms are filthy. Stay away if you are looking for hygienic stay. Bedsheets were used, mats were in bad shape, mosquitoes everywhere, no all out. Fan also noisy. Room 104

I recently stayed at blue orchid hotel marol, and i must say, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The room was not at all clean, and the state of the bathroom was particularly appalling. It was evident that the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned in quite some time. The presence of various stains and wash basin with food waste made an uncomfortable and unsanitary experience. I was deeply disappointed with the overall lack of hygiene, and it significantly impacted my stay. Improvement in cleanliness standards is desperately needed at this establishment.

Staff is way to rude and road side people behaviour is much better then this hotel staff. Will not suggest to anyone even for 2-4 hour transit stay
