Dirty mattress. Room was not clean. I asked for water at night and was asked to pay immediately and was not returned change which I had to ask the reception at checkout.

The staff was not supportive ;cleanliness was not well ,not good service,reception is not supportive,only location is good and rooms are spacious

I booked this hotel and then they said they were overbooked and made me swift 6 km away

They have high priced in hotel menu and do not allow out side food. room was lacking with basic aminities. only 2-3 items they put in a complimentary breakfast buffet.

We found the hotel and our assigned room to be unacceptably unclean. There was a persistent, strong, and stuffy odor in the room, which made our stay very uncomfortable. Maintenance throughout the hotel seemed poor, with several areas needing attention. Lastly, the food offered was consistently below average in quality. We were quite disappointed with the overall experience.

Super Hygienic stay at such affordable prize. Had a fantastic stay at Townhouse Bombay Exhibition Center, The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
