This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room had a musty smell, and shockingly, mushrooms were growing on the headboard. The bathroom was not clean, there was a water shortage, and the overall arrangement was extremely poor. The furniture was so low-quality that it seemed like it could collapse at any moment. The breakfast experience was unacceptable. Although the app advertised breakfast as included, the staff never provided a menu until we asked. They deliberately delayed serving us until 10 a.m., the cut-off time, seemingly to avoid serving it altogether. After repeated requests, we were given a cold, stale breakfast from a low-quality nearby hotel. On the second day, they didn’t even offer breakfast, and we didn’t ask, fearing the same experience. The hotel hallways were also poorly maintained, with leftover food from other rooms left unattended for long periods, showing complete negligence from the staff. The staff themselves were intimidating and aggressive, behaving more like goons than hospitality personnel. We didn’t feel safe raising complaints at the front desk, fearing possible manhandling. For the price charged, this hotel was completely unacceptable — unhygienic rooms, unsafe furniture, poor breakfast, unclean bathrooms, neglected hallways, and rude staff. I checked in recently and was shocked to find multiple issues that make the room both uncomfortable and unsafe to stay in. Torn and stained bedsheets and comforter. A very dirty bathroom, including unsanitary drainage areas and toilet. Water leaking from the ceiling in two places — above the work desk and in front of the bed. No toiletries provided except handwash. No towel or drinking water in the room. Pan stains and dirty walls. Broken and unclean furniture. Electrical sockets and fixtures that are dirty and appear poorly maintained. No room key provided — I was asked to call staff every time I needed to access my room, which is not acceptable. I stayed for 7 days

I checked in and checked out immediately from the hotel. and then i have been followingup for a refund. No one from MMT has been responding

This is the worst hotel that I ever stayed in my entire life. 1. On the it said, early checkin guranateed, but there is no early checkin available. 2. The person in reception/attendants are very rude and unprofessional.3. There is no place to sit near reception and the entire place is fielthy and disgusting.4. Room is not cleaned and dusty. 5. Besheets and pillow covers are not washed and cleaned, they just fold it and keep it for the next guest, there was hair from the previous guest on the pillow and besheet. 6. says breakfast available with the booking, no breakfast provided. 7. There is no shop next to the hotel and nearby area to have any food or tea. Hence will not recommend this to anyone. Even if they provide the room for free, it's not worth staying. Avoid the hotel at all cost. Worst stay in my life. Website mentioned guarantee 2 hour early checkin, on reaching they said no early checkin. Rooms were dirty, filthy. Reception area was dirty, no place to sit and wait. Bedsheets ,pillows were dirty. Reception person was rude. Worst place to stay, I don't know how you guys are even allowing it to be listed on your site.

Hotel was good and well maintained, but there was no ventilation in room and it was a bit annoying. Also location in also not so good as you will not probably get regular needs or groceries or medicals easily available and need to walk far for anything. Hotel canteen is bad and not working whenever called and also no toiletries provided by hotel and same not blinkit and Zepto services available in that area and need to walk far for items.
