the hotel location and amenities were not as expected. we were not satisfied with the service provided. . this property does not appear to be newly built from any angle, so i don’t understand why it’s listed as a “new property.” the service staff lacked technical knowledge and problem-solving ability. the hot water heater was not working, and the bed sheets and comforter were neither clean nor hygienically maintained. overall, i’m extremely disappointed with the experience and do not recommend this stay. the service was poor, and the staff was not technically skilled or helpful in resolving issues. the hot water heater didn’t work, and the bedsheets and comforter were not clean or hygienic this stay did not meet mmt’s usual standards, and i cannot recommend this property based on our experience.. the property is not newly built as claimed and doesn't match the listing. service was poor, staff were unhelpful, and lacked technical skills. hot water heater didn’t work, and bedding was not clean or hygienic. overall, bed small in the room, the stay did not meet expected standards. not recommended.
