One of the most horrible experience. The rooms were full of cockroaches and beds were stinking. And the guy at reception was very rude

Terrible Stay
Dirty darknessed hotel with ..fouling smell in room..I did not checked in at all..Serched another hotel...Asked for my refund of entire booking money. Not safe for familiy or ladies member

Good hotel
Good hotel but room is very small. Staff is very cooperative. Helped is getting the cab for the destination required

Hospitality is not good. Room is small and is not so clean. Facilities are not upto the mark as mentioned in the website. Food is ok but can be improved in terms of hygiene.

Terrible Stay
I had booked 2 adults and 2 children, a 14 year old and an 11 year old, for make my trip but when I went to the hotel the hotel told me that if your booking is only for 2 adults then you will have to pay 1400 rupees extra, which I did. Then I talked to Fab and he told me that the Make My Trip people have made your booking only for 2 adults and when I talked to fab he said that you should talk to Make My Trip, Fab and Make My Trip both are fooling me.

Room was good but had smoking smell
Room was good but it had extremely strong smoking smell when we checked in. Staff was helpful and sprayed room freshener spray when I requested. It reduced smoke smell but still it was there. They should separate smoking and non smoking rooms. Bathroom washbasin was not draining water properly. Other than that, everything was ok. We can use this property if we are on work/business trip.
