The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

The area within the rooms are inadequate. The rooms are too small. Washroom was not well maintained. The breakfast was included in the stay but the portion/ amount that was served was too less. Not at all worthy.

The hotel was overall a cheap experience. The ac wasn't working well. The remote was broken. Less space. The bathroom stinks. There was no soap and towels. The service was bad. The telephone wasn't working. You can hear the water flowing through pipes in the wall. It's creepy.

Pathetic experience with the rooms. It has mosquitoes all over and totally unhygienic. Water supply was unavailable in morning hours. Poor basic facilities provided from hotel. A Big No to this hotel

See the condition of room earlier it was very good but now the condition has worsen. No maintenance. Had booked queen bed where in got room of small beds. Which was suffocating. No towels nothing and the same was offered upon asking. Also 30th had done booking by mistake it was date error which had not checked in so requested for refund no action on that too hence had to re-book on 31st

very bed experience. manager is not supportive, only 1 staff, service very bed. ever for 1 water bottle have to ask 5 times. food very bed. in brekfast only 1 cup tea 1 omlet with 1 bread. i have paid for this hotel but this hotel deserve not more than 500 rs. even oyo hotel are better than this. i want my total payment back otherwise i will not use for my further trip. you had given service and hotel like 500rs local hotel. this is not fare and good the best accomodation for us but this is your failure. very bed. really disappointed
