Good location, parking available. Room size is ok. A fan in the room with a closet would have been suitable. Also, an arrangement for tea, coffee, and hot water in the room would suit a business traveler.

For guests staying in other categories, we have a tea/coffee and hot water vending machine available 24 hours on the 4th floor for all in -house guests. Room size extremely Less, Literally no space that too with such a high Room Tarrif. Behaviour of the Staff is Like asking appointment from the CEO. Online Photos of the Rooms are Spacious but in reality no Space.

Hotel was good clean room and clean bathroom. But telephone was not working, no towels in the room even after calling the reception multiple times they didn't send the towels, I had to walk up to room service staff incharge on the floor for the towels.

I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Leafio. The property is located in a convenient area with easy access to transportation and nearby food options. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The food was good in taste and reasonably priced. Amenities and basic facilities were satisfactory as well. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the room, as the walls had some visible marks which made the room look slightly untidy. If they work a little more on room maintenance and cleanliness, the overall experience would be even better. Overall, it was a nice stay and value for money.

Small rooms. But good for two or single person. Small rooms. Washrooms are well equipped. Towels and bed sheets were very clean. Hotel premises were very clean. Overall: Value for money. Recommended for all. I will definitely come again if needed.

Unprofessional Staff and Zero Noise Control – A Terrible Experience.

When we stayed here, there was a wedding on the 3rd floor and our room was on the 4th. The wedding reception ended around midnight and that’s when the real nightmare began. The hotel staff, instead of quietly cleaning up, started chatting and laughing so loudly that their voices echoed right into our room. It didn’t even sound like they were working it was pure chaos. Plates clanging, chairs and tables being dragged and thrown around all in the name of “clearing up.” Tell me, is it too much to expect basic courtesy and noise control past midnight? Why couldn’t this be done in the morning or at least with some sense of decency and professionalism? I first called the reception at 1:17 a.m. to complain. The person at the desk assured me he’d “take care of it.” Nothing changed. The noise continued as if no one cared. I called again at 1:30 a.m. and was told it would be resolved “in 15 minutes.” Guess what? It wasn’t. By 3:15 a.m., I was in tears, exhausted and furious, having to call yet again because the situation was unbearable. Imagine paying to stay in a hotel where you can’t even sleep because the staff are the ones creating the disturbance. This is beyond unprofessional, it’s downright disrespectful to guests. The management needs to seriously rethink what hospitality means, because clearly, no one here seems to have a clue.

There was no provision for lunch, dinner available. Only breakfast in a temporary kitchen under a shed having no ac and other facilities. Security was not seen in the hotel.
