The location is good near to juhu and affordable also. The food is also good

Location is very good, 100-200 meters away from beach. A lot of good places are close by. Food is above average, we had a breakfast there. Limited options but decent food. We didn’t use any amenities, people are really nice and looks to offer you help which can be even beyond what they should offer. I am not so happy with the quality of rooms. Bed wasn’t comfortable and in general you don’t get cleanliness vibes

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning

Hotel address is at good location but actually it’s deep inside. Room was not clean as expected and amenities in the room were not working. Even the phone was not working which made it very difficult to even call for requirements. Breakfast start time is also very late - not suitable to corporate travellers.

Property is not up to the image that property is not 4 star mostly product is not working or empty nd washroom are also in worst condition

Terrible stay it was, with zero hygiene with all rooms in dirty state. All guest at hotel were complaining same.

The location is very good. The food quality is also good but doesn't have many options. Rooms are clean but the toilet is bad, comode and all the water taps are very old and not functional properly. The property entrance gate has a bad smell. The dining staff are very good and cooperative. Only the 6th floor rooms have a sea view.

The bathroom is awful. If you take bath, water is all over the place in the entire bathroom. The various fixtures in the bathroom are either not working or leaking. Its really terrible. The rooms are quite small. The breakfast doesn't have wide variety.. only bread toast and another item. the omlettes are made with too much of oil. Nothing great to say about this hotel. and may be that could be the reason why the hotel staff is so cordial to cover up all the mess they have.. Don't go by photos that they have posted on the website as they are very misleading.. in that price range you will get lot of good hotels in Juhu

They offer clean rooms with great views. The location is pretty convenient and the stay is quite pleasant

The property location is not bad. But the rooms were not at all maintained. We had to get the bed linen changed after check in as they had stains and hair all over. The bathroom was very very small and not clean. Overall a very poor stay for the charge. Don't go by the pictures on the site. The room is the same but not at all clean.

No hot water, Electric shock in plugs, Strange staff, No availability of food or even tea when asked. Very very poor property
