Hotel Juhu Plaza

Ordered foood was average, however brakefast was really bad, poha was dried, tasteless puri bhaji, only tomato chutney with uttapa, sambhar was below average Room 505 Bathroom door was not lockking properly, hot water was not available at night, room was booked for 3 guest , 2 adult AMD one child and only 2 water bottle given as complimentry and they charged water for baby. Not recommend

Stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Decent stay. Nothing great as such. However, the staff are helpful and responsive to any needs. Room could have been in a better conditions

Property is decent. Its a dated no dout. Washrooms are just basic. The door locks are quite old and old system type. During the day the a/c is less effective but in the night it works decent. Its a decent good comfortable hotel in a very good location. A bit over priced as per the quality.

Excellent location near Juhu beach, amenities as per expectations, warm and helpful staff, food quality is decent and room is quite spacious and well furnished.

Most of the amenities were not provided, the charging points were loose, wifi wasn't given, breakfast was not great. The room is big and comfortable

The hotel is good but the bathroom is small and the hotel service is not that great. The air conditioner is working properly.

Excellent location, good food, amenities were as expected and service provided by the polite and warm hotel staff was excellent. The room had an old-world charm to it .

Electric Kettles was muddy / dusty from inside where we pour water to heat..informed to room service person they did not have any replacement or extra kettle for boiling or heating water..rest no complain...jus feedback

Visitors (important) were not allowed to go up despite multiple requests, they were not even gonna stay the night..just for an hour as they had come to meet us. Buffet has no variety and food was cold.

The front office staff are so rude and pathetic that they humiliate their customers. Horrible people at the front office desk. They were rude and without any basic knowledge of Hotel industry. Property is a at a good location , food is good but Front office Guys were Rude, pathetic, non cooperative, inexperienced , not dressed like professional, not knowing what they were doing and lot more which I cannot say in words. Zero points to them. Talked to the Owner as well and let him made understand about them but let us see what is the result , don't know of he takes action Will never again stay with them.

The food was uneatable and even the ACs were not working properly

I would say three things about this hotel: 1. It is famous, 2. It has nice rooms, and 3. They welcome customers well.

Juhu Plaza Hotel rooms are nice, spacious and clean but some lights dont work, the bathroom was small, the toilet was stained and had no exhaust, just a hole in the ceiling. The bed was too soft resulting in backache and the mattress had to be changed but it was still causing back pain. Room service was too expensive where 2 toasts cost 175 rupees. The staff were polite but not well trained. There was no wifi even though they claim to have ot.
