had a very pleasant and wonderful stay in Bawa Continental. the staff is cordial and very friendly. the food is delicious and the rooms are very spacious and beautiful and comfortable. we got a tour cab booked by the hotel as well and the tour was perfect. explored Mumbai from street to street and enjoyed the overall experience. would 10/10 recommend the stay and the place.

I’ve seen for the first time that hotel charges for the cutlery, that too 300 plus taxes infact oyo hotels also provide free cutlery if needed

The hotel staff from front desk to room service and house keeping, everyone is so courteous and ready to help with a smiling face. The room was comfortable, so was the bed. The room and bathroom was very clean and with all required toiletries. The food was tasty(price a little bit on the higher side)and the breakfast was sumptuous. Overall a very good hotel and a very good stay. Will comeback for sure. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a nice location, with good food and a friendly housekeeping team. However, the restaurant’s staff during the morning shift appear very casual — they do not bother to clean tables or set them up properly, and there’s not even a welcoming smile. A major concern is the hotel elevator, which is dangerous and often gets stuck. This is completely unacceptable. I was trapped inside for about 5 minutes before anyone came to help

Very well appointed, spotlessly clean rooms and excellent service. The staff is super polite and efficient. Great value for money. The location is close to Juhu beach and numerous eateries. One can easily get an auto rikshaw right outside the hotel. It's quite close to the airport as well. The stay was extremely comfortable and cozy. The food was amazing. The rooms were well maintained, size was good and the staff were so sweet and helpful all the time. They were very welcoming as well. The hotel is on the main road and very easy to find. I was unwell during the trip and the staff provided me with whatever medicine and help I required which is very rare to find. I will definitely visit the place again and i also highly recommend this place to everyone looking to stay in a nice cozy place.

Hotel is charging money even for crockery in Room while asked they said its a policy.., further they charge hefty amount for extra bed while their rooms are smaller as compared to other hotels in that area.., cherry on the top service is poor.., if we ask somthing during complementary breakfast they take their own time to serve and if we ask somthing like water bottle etc in room we need to remind them repeatedly

Cockroach in Bawa Continental Breakfast

The cockroach in the bread in the dining area shows how badly the hygiene is being take care of.. This is the basic you expect that the hotels gets regular pest controls .. But when shown to the staff they sent ice cream in my room to cover up the oberservation
