Location of hotel is really good. It is just 500 meter from juhu beach. The staff was cooperative. The room size is slightly smaller than the regular size. However the room is clean and neat. There is no buffet system in hotel for breakfast. You can order breakfast in room or there is space available for dining on 1st floor. The room has all other amenities as mentioned during booking. There is cafe and restaurant on ground floor & top floor. This is not part of juhu residency hotel booking. One need to pay separate for this. Valet parking is available however car parking is on road only. No separate space available for this.

Food is little expensive. Location does have multiple food outlets which makes it prime location to dine.
