The bed was squeaky. There were a lot of cobwebs in the rooms.

no word worst then dirty no hot water no ac no tv in toilet condoms no soap dirty towel bed broken

It was a good experience there but the only problem was the floor was so terribly sticky 😶 but it was good..

Room was untiedy, bathroom cleaning was pathetic. Cokroaches were every where in fridge, bed, Almira. Torn bed sheets. Pillows were very dirty

Staff was very well behaved. No food served from hotel. You have to order it from outside. Rooms are small but well maintained

Price was good, as per the location price were comparatively cheaper, as per location way too cheaper. Location was nice, juhu beach is just 2-3 min walking distance. However, room was not clean as it should have been, washroom was quite dirty. Actually if washroom was nice and if it had food facilities, it was good.

This was worst experience with makemytrip when we reach to the hotel the reception guy was acting like there is no booking under name of hemant chaudhari. Then i check with my booking team and confirm the same that the receptionist said that he can give the room. When we saw the room the room was for only one person ( 10*8ft size approx )but when we booked the room for three people and space was not for 2. Then he tried to convince as rooms not available and drama. He shown us another that room condition was horrible, very much strange thing was the given room was the worst ever i been to stay in my life. Bathroom roof was made of cement patras shade, worms in the bathroom, room ceiling was very much risky it might fall ant time. Hotel receptionist was not least bothered, like his mgt. Extremely pathetic.

horrible experience,we booked for 2 adults and were given room of 1,flush and water heater were not working,,when we asked for a bucket of hot water for bath as heater was not working,,we were not even provided that. i would request partial refund as we were given single person room even when we paid for 2 adults. this is the worst hotel i have seen in my life. can i have a call back for complaint?

Location is good based on the rate but very poor customer seevice. Wi-fi not functional. Ac making noise like a power plant, no food available. To make it worse they didn’t make a wake up call as agreed during my check in and missed my flight. Had to re-book and pay penalties. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Terrible hotel, actually it is nothing like hotel and zero facilities provides. Its just a building and rent the rooms. I would suggest others not to book rooms here.

Nice Staff; Good Location; little bit late check in;

Cleaning is not proper. After request cleaning done. No proper ventilation. Always room will dark. Need light throughout the day

Booked it for my parents due to wrong number and address mentioned in MMT. they were not able to locate the hotel, finally was able to find and check-in at 10 pm at night, called MMT hotline thrice no one picked, breakfast was included in the package but they refused to give breakfast.
