Loved location, hygiene, cleanliness. Staff was very welcoming. Loved the property. Will definitely visit again.

Room was not properly cleaned…. All food plates of another customer littered outside the room Bedsheets were smelling bad No hot water Room space too short And the room provided was at last in the corner The door was always making sound The staff were looking female partner inappropriately

The view was good Overall experience was okay but they close the gate for beach very early I came for vacation and specially booked hotel next to the beach Overall the staff and everything was ok

Absolutely, Terrible experience i ever had for any hotel, small bathrooms like people can't even stand properly, no laundry service , food is so much expensive but no proper quality of food is there . i will not suggest this kind of hotel to any one , worst experience ever had

Everything here is good the staff at the reception gate keepers cleaning staffs. The room are clean . Excellent sea view restuarant and good food also. The location is the best part apart they have closed the gate going to the beach otherwise .

the food quantity was way too less for the price , the wifi didnt work either , the room was good. it would have been better if the rooms were as per the prices.

Rooms are to small and not network available in the room as well their broadband connection is also not working.

The property is in a great location, within walking distance to Juhu Beach. The room was decent—not very spacious, but comfortable enough. All the other amenities were good, and the bathroom was clean. The in-house restaurant was nice, and the sea view from there was excellent. However, a major disappointment was the private beach access. Despite it being advertised, access was repeatedly denied due to various reasons like high tide or sand blockage. This was especially inconvenient as I had to walk a longer route with an infant. It might not be a big issue for others, but it was a significant letdown for me. Outside food is allowed, but only up to the main gate, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also, I found the reception staff not very welcoming. Everything else was satisfactory.

I did review for 2-3 properties but never got any discounts

It was a pathetic stay . Rooms too small , don't go by the pictures . If you turn off the AC in the room , the floor will be watery. Bathrooms are also very small . Also its bit expensive.

Where do u need to submit

Room are small enough experience is good par they should provide at least dental kit and I request before for top floor but they give me 1st flood

So, the staff is amazing and prompt. The location is 10/10. I love the view from my room and restaurant, and I always come here to stay in Mumbai

Love this hotel mainly for the sea view restaurant and partial sea view rooms. Great location. Well maintained rooms , good service, good food and warm hospitality.

Room was not clean properly there was used water bottle left in the table of the previous guest and hairs in the floor it wasn’t vacuumed then towels had stain mark as dentail kit as well sleepers were not provided
