Terrible Stay
The location was disappointing, and the property is very old. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong cigarette smell and the washroom was in very poor condition. I couldn’t even sit in the room – I just left my luggage, went for work, and came back only to collect it. I had to book another hotel (Residency Sarovar Portico) the same night and continue my stay there. Ended up wasting money here just for keeping my luggage for a few hours.

peaceful environment made it perfect for rest. nice interior and good lighting in the room. hot water was available at all times. good for solo traveller and couples alike.

Poor Stay
Lots of communication gap from the hotel manager side. Wait for breakfast for more than 45 minutes but not get clear communication. Finally left the hotel without breakfast.

Average Stay
The hotel might not have a restaurant facility, which is why they arranged food outside at night. They charged ₹70 for a cold drink that usually costs ₹40, and even then, they added an extra service charge to the bill. I had booked a double bed, but when I reached the hotel, they offered me a room with two single beds and a bad smell. When I angrily questioned this, only then did they change the room.

This is a fantastic budget hotel! The room was simple but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and eager to assist with any requests. The location is perfect, just a short distance from popular tourist sites. I was very impressed with the service and value for money. Highly recommended

i paid your full booking amt of 2 adult and 1 14 yrs child and you give me confirmation when we r reached in hotel they are charged me in extra 700 its totaly horrible.
