I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The bed was cozy, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. The bathroom was spotless, with fresh towels and good quality toiletries provided. Rooms very small.it doesn't look like super Deluxe room.all room are same but taken charges for super Deluxe that was almost double what they shown online. Breakfast was not good only 3items. Wash basin tap don't have hot and cold water facility.ovarall not upto the mark what they are charging.

Location is good, near to dadar station. Cleanliness is average, good that changes bed sheet etc every day. Slow on room service.

Average service offered if you compared with the price what they are charging. 1. No public transport access.. road construction on going. 2. At check out, I am being told to get the taxi from the main road which is far distance, which was unexpected hospitality. Wash room is too small. 3. Food is over priced as compared to the quality. overall... not highly recommended place....

stay was good. staff was polite and prompt. tea was excellent and we had a great stay. it's near to many good places and walkable distance from dadar station

Rooms maintenance can be better. The toiletries facility not up to the standard given the price charged for the room. Spread of breakfast can be reviewed.

Room is too small for this price

the hotel food was good but the staff are not trained at all. it's like a low class hotel. the shower was not working at properly i stayed in room 209 i complained to so many it was never rectified the fat girl in the lobby has no courtesy. hotel experience but only good thing this hotel is in middle of Mumbai. no taxi will come there as there is a road work going u have to go to main road to board cabs.

Not clean room on second day. Even till at 10 pm at night when we came, even asking for cleaning in morning. Too horrible experience. In passage fone was ringing even at night also. No silence. Too lack of silence

The rooms were pretty small and the staff at the restaurant seemed like they were bothered every-time u went for a meal. But the housekeeping staff were really kind though. The stay as a whole was decent, nothing great

The hotel is located in market area. Hind mata shopping area is very close. The hotel rooms are near and clean and staff service is prompt.

The hotel is being renovated, and they have given us a room which was foul smelling. On repeated requests, they changed the room. The process of checking in was also not proper and we had to wait for about 30min at the counter before we could check in
