Room is good and maintained well. cleaning of toilets required. Breakfast options have to be improved

rooms are very nice food is very tasty location is good for all we can get everything this location.

Nice property and rooms. but two things disappointed me, black drainage water came from the shower head which was not addressed by the staff, didn't even inspect., I was not expecting such a casual approach.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. Samar, the hotel services manager, and the service staff are very pathetic in their behavior. They are not even providing basic things like drinking water. When I asked for plates to have my food, they refused to provide them. The room was not cleaned properly, and the staff completely lack basic common sense on how to treat customers. The overall service was very poor and unprofessional. They don’t even try to understand customer concerns or provide any proper response. This is one of the worst hotel service experiences I’ve ever had.

There was a constant drainage smell in the bathroom throughout my stay. The breakfast was average. Old hotel vibes.

No mimi freez, ironing bord, iorn, ect. Many other things missing. Location is very good. Near by metro and airport.

Was in the hotel for reh second time for transit with family . Convenient hotel a little old but decently manitained and nice staff especially would like to name Mr Sanjay who was very kind and helpful

There were two single beds combined instead of one queen sized bed which was not at all comfortable

The only positive about this hotel was the food, which was tasty and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms was very poor, and the bed was not comfortable at all. Definitely not a relaxing stay
