Where I stay in hotel there good hospitality but old structure of hotel .there is need renovation and not intercom telephone thanks

Hole my life biggest beed experience 2am hotel manager says room not available after we rich at the hotel

The hotel is situated in an industrial area. The surroundings are completely filled with garbage. The manager also doesn't know about the exact bookings at his hotel. It's very compact and unclean. The rooms are in really bad condition. You will find cockroaches wandering around your room and bed. Consistent strange foul smell coming into your room. Don't expect any service from any of the hotel guys.

Money charged was not as per Hotel given, locking room was challenging, tv was not working fine.

Limited breakfast, lack of cleanliness and zero value for money

Not Worth money, expected a bit bigger room as per image shown on website

Tv not working, poor breakfast quality, no proper service, no drinking water provided

I stay at night for 4 hours. Hotel staff making lots of noise I can't even sleep. Required hotel staff must be trained.

It was a horrible experience. Drainage system was terrible, water was logged in the washroom. Ac was not working properly, water was not coming in the washroom, asked to take shower in another room, staff behavior was also very bad. Except the good location, it is a really bad hotel.

The location of the hotel is in a very bad location its near to Sakinaka metro station but very poor and they provide nothing like dental kite etc and rooms are not so good, soap is very bad, shampoo is just 1 pouch in the room.

Unhygienic bathroom and dirty linen were used for bedding. The behavior of the room boy was not good and the cost of tea was high.

I am very disappointed for staff the room we booked they give us after 4 hours. We suffered four hours in little room I Am very disappointed with this.

All over good staff and room quality. Great place near by any type of transportation.

Worst service, don't waste your time and money also.

I had a bad experience. The auto fr airport did not turn on meter and wanted to cheat me. Upon arrival at hotel he charged me 150. I saw on ola it was only 39. So I went to reception to get help. The lady said "sir, you must understand this is india". Such distasteful words coming fr a hotel operator who shd be welcoming tourists instead of siding a tout. I had proof of the ola screenshot. Finally I paid 50. This explains the low rating on service.

The room was good, service was per our expectation. Located close to the Airport with complete value for money. The hotel is small. However, the guests are treated well by the hotel staff. Only concern was that the room was missing on natural light and ventilation. All other factors were good and up-to the expectation.

The rooms were quite clean and aesthetic. Room service was also good and location is very near to SakiNaka metro station. We faced a few problems in the room such as flowing roof and Insect in the bathroom due to monsoon.

Not recommend, pictures are different and actual room is far different, location is fine, service was OK type. Can't stay with female friend, makemytrip service call is seriously **** all, I tried many times but not able to connect, thank you
