ESQUIRE Hotel Room conditions are very bad. I was stay in Room no 214. In which room I stay there was no windows in that room. One side of the wall some portion covered with parda cloths, that's look like a window. But actually there was no Windows in the room. They make foolish the people who was booked. Also room was very humidity and roaming cockroach here and there. Staff behavior is so bad. Food price is so much high and food quantity is so small. Totally Bad hotel. I never stay in this hotel in future anymore.

Terrible Stay
This is situated in probably one of the worst localities, almost in the middle of a commercial Street. Staff can do with some more training. The electricity ran out for more than 5 hours one day, without them having a back-up generator. The ambience was very good. But the room was too smile which is fine considering the price point and ambience. But it’s not very clean, there were water leakage stains on the walls and floors were also not properly cleaned

Good Stay
The property is located very close to the US counsulate. The taxis are available just outside the hotel. They charge you not by meter but are convenient mode of transport. The place is located in not so good neighbourhood.The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful. Rooms are fairly clean and service is also good. However, the issue of mosquitoes maybe because of rainy season was one of the negativesides. Overall, it’s a fairly good place to stay, especially if you have work around BKC.

Excellent Stay
Stayed i the hotel for 1 day. There was an issue with air conditioning it was not working properly and power was coming and going frequently. Food was nice there can be improvement in service

Bad hotel
Made a bad choice by selecting Esquire Hotel for stay in Mumbai due to its proximity to Jio World Convention Centre. So although it is close to the Jio World Convention Centre, the locality is not good which I was not aware of and also not mentioned by many of the reviewers. Rooms are decent but service is pathetic. They don't provide towels in the room and will only give you when you ask for it. And water they don't provide. They don't provide hangers. Their excuse is that they provide things as per the bed in the room. There is always some kind of noise around. They don't do the cleaning of room until you ask for it. I don't understand why people have given 4 and 5 stars to this hotel. The only thing good about this hotel is their breakfast which is tasty. Do yourself a favour and don't stay here.

I stayed at Esquire Hotel for 2 weeks in a Deluxe Double Room. My stay was superb, and I really enjoyed the experience. The service was excellent. The reception desk staff were very courteous and patient, always ready to assist. The only concern is the nearby area, which includes a slum. However, the food was very tasty, and the hotel’s location is also convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation near BKC or Bandra.
