Horrible experience, not a family hotel. Hotel was very old, seepage was there in whole room, smelling, non - hygiene, water was not available asked to use common washrooms, water was leaking from tap. Ac control was at reception, need to go to reception every time for ac control,

Worst service worst behaviour. They charged extra 500rs for no reason. Rooms were so stinky, no clean beds, no ac.

Rooms are not kept clean. Toilet room cannot be locked from inside. Towels were dirty. Not recommended to stay

Our stay was for a period of 2 nights and 3 days. The hotel was good and cosy. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Location is good but fan was not good, it was creating a lot of noise when run on 3/2, property is also old, staff behaviour is good

I stayed for 6 days with family. At this price point pretty okay service. Staff was friendly and supportive.

The stay was really comfortable with nice rooms. The room service was excellent and i would recommend it to everyone

My room is not clean upto the mark. Also pillow cover was dirty. Washroom flush not working. No tv inside the room. I have to switch on the motor for getting water in washroom. Also not a single chair kept in room.

Good place near gate way of india to live.

Firstly this place should not be called a hotel as it was smelling like public toilet. Not able to sleep because continuous water drainage was there the whole night behind the bed. Talking about the bed. It was some kind of marble with stained bed sheets. Nobody should book these hotels to waste there money & stay. Couldn't sleep at all somehow stayed for some hours as it was unbearable. The hotel is on 2 nd floor which is inaccessible with luggage & without lift. Rude staff. Arrogant behaviour of staff because they know the money is non refundable. Tourist get stuck once you are upstairs with luggage.

First of all, while entering one will find the fresh smell of mouse all around. After entering will be asked for ID's as in star category hotels, finally when you reach the rooms, your soul shivers.. the smallest room I have ever stayed in, it's basically 10/10 with no windows. one will feel breathless. Bathroom condition is even more worst. I did not blink my eyes for second all night. we reached there mid night and dint had option to change the hotel, else if someone would allow me to stay for free in that room, I would deny. Don't believe on photos they have posted. you'll regret once you reach. the worst stay of my life. don't put your life on risk avoid this hotel.

1 night experience was horrible. Room is not clean. It is getting too much bad smell. After staying 1 hour leave the room. I complaint for reimbursement of paid rent but they decline it.

This is a terrible property, it had insects and rats. Not even a single window or ventilation. No water served, poorly maintained place. For 2000 this is a poor stay not worth.

No good hygiene & no proper water facility.

Non married couples should be allowed with their local id

No safety. No standard for women. Staff also not good
