The location of the hotel is really good. Rooms are not up to mark. It mentioned TV as an amenity but it was missing. Also, the geyser and toilet jet were not working properly. We couldn't have breakfast as they said it'll be served after 9 am and we had to checkout before that. The rooms were very small (didn't expect that small).

The hotel description on MMT shows newly renovated, but it's completely not... broken electric switches, not so clean bed, average accommodation.

The atmosphere was peaceful, accommodation neat, and staff welcoming every interaction reflected professional and thoughful care.

My room was fresh, the bathroom tidy, and staff helpful; every detail of the service created a smooth and stress-free visit.

Got early check-in without much hassle. The washroom was clean and hygienic. The staff made the check-in experience seamless. Lift and other amenities were well maintained. Easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. We didnt face any issues during our stay.

Horrible experience, not a family hotel. Hotel was very old, seepage was there in whole room, smelling, non - hygiene, water was not available asked to use common washrooms, water was leaking from tap. Ac control was at reception, need to go to reception every time for ac control,

Worst service worst behaviour. They charged extra 500rs for no reason. Rooms were so stinky, no clean beds, no ac.
