Regency Hotel Malabar Hill

The entire hotel is undergoing renovation. While my guest got a new room, it was very noisy during the daytime. The next room had loud drilling noise. Because of the work, the corridor was always dirty.

Good location, warm welcome and reception, ambient lobby. Cleanliness all over. Good room. Good house keeping and room service. Nice food, excellent restaurant interior, ambiance, courteous staff. My special thanks to all the reception, housekeeping, room service , restaurant staff for their courtesy behaviour. My best wishes to all. I will definitely try to come and stay again. excellent property

I think rooms needs a renovation on urgent basis prices are accordingly rooms many better options are there

stay was unhygienic and very rude staff and very costly as per the property.They don't have basic facilities and charges are very high

very compact room and basic services missing like comb, dental kit etc. hotel is under renovation and continuous disturbance makes it impossible to even talk on phone

The hotel is at a very nice location and is very close by to a lot of important landmarks in Mumbai. Quite safe for female travellers as well.

Property is under renovation, avoid staying in the property. Lots of hammering and drilling going on.

Had a great stay, the property location was nice staffs were polite too. The food i didn't get to taste much but the breakfast spread was very less hardly anything to have. Overall it was good

Location is good.... Hotel is dated and needs renovation... The TV and fridge dint work... Bathroom tub was broken.... The safe was also broken.

Good experience, staff is good. They understand your requirements and can accommodate your needs easily.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The room service was prompt. Location of the hotel on Napensea Road is very convenient from a travel point of view. Breakfast menu options are limited however taste was quite allright. Staff was cooperative. However, can be a little more proactive in their service.

Hotel is expensive for the quality of stay. Rooms are small, AC wasn’t working on the day of visit and they fixed it during the stay. Staff is okayish. No food or room service post 11. Since our concert went on till late it was difficult to get food or fresh towels. Food options are not great and they charge 150 for a can of coke. Buffet spread was okayish. I guess just the location cost was in the room cost.

Room is good location I’d very good but front desk staff behaviour not good rest all good so need to change behaviour of front desk

The hotel service and food was good (4/5) but the rooms were not that great. It looked very congested and lightning was also too much (old structure) they were renovating the other half of the hotel on each floor - trying a modular look, i guess + lack of sockets for charging your phone or laptop while working

Property is ok, food isn't good at all they need to update their hotel, the bathroom is old and shabby nothing great for the price they charged.
