Hotel Broadway Colaba

Hotel royal park keeps my Aadhar card and I told him please curior it on my address I will pay but no response

No drinking water was provided. The vegetarian restaurant was located far away.

The property's location is it's main USP. Colaba causeway, famous cafes (leopold, Olympia, mondegar), famous restuarants (bademiya, bagdadi) and gateway of India all are at walking distance from the hotel. Given that, there are some cons - rooms are very small, hotel is on the first floor and there is no lift. Rest the prices are reasonable, services and amenities are good.

it was a comfortable two days stay at the hotel. I was upgraded to three beded room without any charge. The staffs were friendly and cooperative. The location of the hotel is prime. overall a great experience.

Food : Only few options available in Breakfast like Tea, Bread etc. No Lunch & Dinner. Room : Very small size room for comfort living ( Not even 2 persons can freely accommodate). Amenities: AC working, TV working Ok, Room condition is cleaned, Toilets cleaned. Issues found : 1. Old blankets were provided, smelling like deeply moisturized. 2. Fooding options not good. 3. Room Size too small. 4. Bed Size Queen( Small). 5. Very old cupboards in broken condition, Side racks and Table is very smaller in size. 6. Geyser 1ltr Size(online geyser) not suitable for cold/winter season. 7. Staff behavior not satisfactory. Remarks: Spending for this hotel room is very much expensive. I definitely not recommend anyone.

one minute walk to coloba market and Taj hotel and gateway india, friendly staff and good House keeping

Hotel is good. but charged 700 rupees for car parking. Because hotel has no parking and not mentioned in the facilities while booking the hotel.

Our stay in Broadway Colaba was a great experience. It was so pleasant and hassle free stay. The location is very prime, walkable distance for Taj, Gateway of India & Colaba market. Staff were very supportive and helpful. I suggest whoever looking a good hotel within budget can go for this without 2nd thought.

Room was having bad smell, no towels in the bathroom no hot water, no lunch and dinner, free breakfast did not have more then one option to select

Hotel’s location is excellent as it is close to gateway of india, taj hotel and other tourist places. Its few metres inside from the main road and in an old building. Lift doesn’t work so elderly and people with disabilities will have a problem as the reception is on first floor and rooms on the 2nd floor. Rooms are small but clean. Not all standard rooms have windows. Even the rooms with a window may not have a view or can be opened. Breakfast and meal options are very very limited. Staff is polite, courteous and helpful.

Room size, double bed size, bathroom size, wash basin size were very small. Overall bad experience.

Worst and unhygienic rooms, and bad staff behaviour

The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. Rooms are small, with less ventilation. There is no lift in the building. Only thing that is good about the hotel is its location, very near to gateway of india and taj palace hotel. There are plenty of good dining options.

Service was good. But ac was leaking and we had to wait for the mechanic to repair in the night. No lifts are there. Rooms are neat.
