Hotel Happy land- Dadar

One of the worst hotels in Mumbai. The experience was extremely disappointing — poor service, lack of cleanliness, and overall mismanagement. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and look for better options nearby.

i was traveling with an stretcher patient, and the hotel was on third floor without any lift, i couldn't able to stay on the hotel, i talked to the receptionist for returning me the amount paid, but he told me that the amount is with mmt, he is going to receive it later.. I tried talking to the customer care for the refund but it also didn't happened. i am very upset that around 7800 rupees all got waste and I couldn't able to stay neither I got the refund back. very bad experience.

I had booked online by watching rooms status. But when I got the room, it was totally disappointing with respect to room size, hygiene, dust, maintenance of electrical equipment, ventilation, etc. Even glasses and the water jug were in a terribly unhygienic condition. Cockroaches were roaming everywhere in the room. It was a terrible experience. Costing was not justified at a single point. Never recommended.

It was announced official trip for me. The location of hotel is ideal, very close to railway station and Dadar bus stand.

Bad smell is coming after entering in the room. No Geyser available. Calling to reception for Hot water. Bad experience for me. High Value taken for room but no Facilities available.

I would say that it was a very pathetic hotel with worst small sized smelly rooms. The room which I stayed with my family was of a size as storeroom. Also pathetic staff behaviour as they were so negligent for our complaints and they were like "It is like this only". No towels were provided. Did not have even facility to provide water which is a shameful standard of the hotel. The bedsheets were dirty as hell. There was a smell as if some animal had died in there. No water heater was working. Lots of Mosquitos with no mosquito repellent machines in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Too costly as per their below standard hospitality.

Hotel rooms are not meant for couples and families...maybe only suitable for bachelors stay..

service was good and location was also very close to the station, service was also good and clean hotel

There wasnt a lift in lot of stairs and the toilets were not very clean and it was not very hygiene

Rooms size are very small than i saw in picture while booking. Not comfortable and not clean regularly. Drinking water is also not good.

Very nice stay, staff was very helpful and friendly. Small but clean rooms. Had a peaceful stay. Will definitely recommend to others. We have been staying here everytime we travel to Mumbai

Poor Staffs, No Communication, No Help..

The hotel room was disappointingly small, with a tiny window that refused to budge, casting a claustrophobic shadow over the entire space. The lack of fresh air and natural light made the room feel suffocating, leaving us feeling trapped and uncomfortable. There was no sense of taking an image as hotel was too small

The room was really small and dirty. It was terrible stay, ruined my entire trip to mumbai.
